Martine DeblancOFFICE MANAGER
Martine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Sciences and Economics. She started as a Teacher but quickly switched to the private sector, having various business supporting roles in the industry as well as in the service sector. For 14 years Martine worked as Management Assistant being responsible for all the administrative flows, planning, payroll and accountancy. In 2001 she made a career switch to the HR sector joining GITP first as Assessment Center Coordinator and later as Office Manager of the Ghent Office.
Since 2007 Martine is on board at Altior Executive Search as Office Manager supporting the Leadership Team in daily operations, being the first point of contact for our clients and candidates. Today Martine is responsible for all operations including facilities, payroll and accounting.
