Aurélie holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Ghent University and has been working for 5 years in strategic human resources consultancy. She started her career at Insites Consulting (market research consultancy) then joined a small HR consultancy company focusing on searches for the construction industry. In 2019, Aurélie joined Altior Executive Search as Senior Consultant.

Thanks to her previous experiences and general interests, Aurélie feels very much at home in a broad range of industries. Her enthusiasm, broad network and ease in connecting with people helps her finding the right high-level candidate for the job.
