Geraldine holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from KH Leuven and a master’s degree in Business Communication from KU Leuven. She started her career at Total Energies in 2014, working across marketing and data management.

In 2016, Geraldine transitioned into the fast‑casual dining industry, where she launched Jeanbon, a start‑up food concept that expanded to five locations in Brussels and foreseeing to footprint in Paris. Leading this venture strengthened her marketing expertise, sharpened her entrepreneurial mindset, and deepened her understanding of the food sector. Towards the end of her journey at Jeanbon, she took full responsibility for HR, discovering that attracting, developing, and empowering people was what energised her most as well as understanding the importance of putting people’s talent at the core of the business.

Driven by her passion for people and ready for a new challenge, Geraldine joined Altior in 2022 as an Executive Search Consultant. She specialises in next‑generation family businesses, Private Equity‑backed organisations and family offices. With a naturally broad curiosity and strong adaptability, Geraldine thrives as a generalist who quickly understands diverse sectors, teams, and organisational dynamics.
