Veronique holds a Master’s Degree in Roman Philology (KUL) combined with a Master specialization in Law and a post academic degree Translation on European Level. She has obtained additional certifications at Vlerick Business School on Artificial Intelligence, Strategy, Change Management, Digital Technology and Finance. She is Board Member to the Flemish Chamber of Commerce VOKA.

After an assignment with the European Commission in Luxembourg, she started her career with an International Management Consulting company in Brussels providing strategic advice to the Board and C-suite of various companies throughout Benelux. In 2005 she started with Robert Half International, a global Fortune 500 specialized recruitment firm. Throughout 2 decades she has been managing different roles in various regions, from scaling existing business to starting new regions and business and service offerings, her last role being responsible for the Executive Search operations in Benelux.

She joined Altior in January 2026 as Managing Director, responsible for the Altior operations and holding as a mission the further strategic growth of the business.  With her strong business accumen, knowledge of the markets, strategic and enterpreneurial mindset combined with her passion for people and companies, she is well set to prepare Altior for the future.
