Daan earned his Master’s Degree in Political Science from the Ghent University in 2006. In 2008, he graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) with a Post Master in European Studies. Over the course of his professional career, he received a second Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from the EHSAL Management School in Brussels.

Daan brings over 10 years of experience in Executive Search. From 2019 until September 2023, Daan worked for Heidrick & Struggles, an international leading Executive Search Company, on the search for CEO and Board positions across several different industries, but primarily focused on Consumer (e.g. FMCG & Retail), Industry and Financial Services. Before this, he worked for a local Executive Search company also on C-suite positions.

In addition to being a native Dutch speaker, Daan speaks both English and French fluently.
