An holds a Master's degree in Roman Philology (KUL) and a Master in European Studies (Nancy II), and has been active in executive search for over 20 years. From 2001 to 2020, she worked with Korn Ferry International as Market Leader Industry EMEA, a role she combined with the Belgium country management for Professional Search. In 2020, she joined Altior as Client Partner in the Brussels office.

Prior to her executive search career, An has been a KUL Lecturer; worked as (International) Project Manager with various industries and served as Finance & Administration Manager in a global Association.
