David combines a Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences at the KUL with more than 20 years’ experience in Executive Search and Executive Interim Management. He started his career in the banking sector at Citibank as Financial Advisor and Branch Manager, after which he joined Batenborch Executive Search in 2001, where he developed the company’s offer for the services sector. In 2012, he co-founded BCV & Partners Interim Management, before joining Altior in 2018.

David has a wide experience in many different sectors, with a focus on services and technologies. He has a successful track record helping innovative companies and scale ups.  David is a seasoned sportsman, who brings his team spirit and endurance to the office. He aims to win and be successful together with his customers.
